We traveled to Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia, with open minds. We saw clean, orderly and modern streets lined with tall glass buildings. People were very well behaved. We bet most people didn't know Africa was this civilized. We noticed this as soon as we landed in Addis Ababa's airport, which one of the largest airport in Africa. We stayed in Bole, Addis Ababa which was one of the safest area in Addis Ababa. There's a sense that Addis Ababa is trying to be/ going to be the face of Africa soon enough, expecially with the African Summit in town during our stay. On this video, we went to one of the most impressive museum we have ever been to, the Ethiopian Science Museum. We were surprised at how interactive and futuristic this museum is. Make sure to put this museum in your list of the must things to do in Addis Ababa. Then we went to one of the many modern cafes all around the city, as well as ate at the tallest building in Addis Ababa at one of the most luxurious restaurant in the Addis Ababa. The restaurant is run by one of the most famous chef in the world. It is called Marcus Addis Ababa Restaurant. We ended the day to see the dancing fountain at Friendship Park. We also stumbled into Ambassador Park by accident. There's lots of green places like this around the city: I guess related to the Corridor Project. Cafes, nicely manicured grass and plants, and an all-around good vibe. Lastly, we recorded a hecka long outro because we wanted to provide more info for the video. So many nice comments have been coming in from people who are curious about Ethiopia, and maybe will travel there one day. Our advice: DO IT!
