Our YouTube channel was hacked by a crypto scam, resulting in our entire channel disappearing from YouTube. We learned first hand the importance of online safety. Not only our YouTube channel, but in fact our Google Account was compromised. This means our personal, and financial data was in the hands of someone else. We responded as quickly as we could, and luckily didn't lose any money from our bank accounts. Although, there was a lot of steps we had to take to recover our channel. We were nervous we would lose everything we've built over 6 years. We can say very gratefully that the YouTube recovery team did a fantastic job in helping us. They were quick and efficient. The scam started from a fake talent agency called Collabix. They gained access to our account, changed our password and recovery data, and begam livestreaming bitcoin/ crypto scams.
