In today’s video I jump my homebred Winnie for the first time after three months off. She’s been enjoying a well deserved holiday, but now it’s time to get back to work and start thinking about the season ahead. With Winnie, it is never boring. There was always going to be a question mark. Would she come out super spicy and full of opinions, would she decide to be kind and grown up about it all, or would we get a classic Winnie mix of both? I had absolutely no idea what to expect. What followed was actually such a good session. It felt so good to have her back on the channel, back in the ring, and doing what she does best. She reminded me exactly why I love riding her so much, even if she does keep me on my toes. Having her back in work and jumping again has made me even more excited for what this season could look like. If this session is anything to go by, we have a lot to look forward to.
