A quick thank you to yfood for supporting today’s video. On days like this where I’m juggling house renovations, riding, filming, and trying to function like a normal human, yfood genuinely makes life easier. It’s quick, filling, and means I can actually fuel myself properly even when there’s no time to stop. This is a proper day in my life, and it’s a busy one. We’ve got house renovation chaos going on, riding including some rather spicy horses, Pilates squeezed in where possible, and me attempting to keep everything vaguely organised in between. It’s one of those days where you don’t really stop moving, and by the end you wonder how you fitted it all in. There’s a bit of everything in this vlog. Horses, training, life admin, trying to look after myself, and accepting that some days are just controlled chaos.
