Here’s the ultimate roadtrip ☀️⬇️ • Starting in the north, we explored 📍Carmel By The Sea. There are so many cute whimsy shops here and a beautiful beach where we watched the sunset • Next we stopped by 📍Point Lobos State Natural Reserve. Here you can walk a scenic loop and along the way you will see sea lions and otters! In the winter you can also see whales here 🐋 • 📍Bixby Bridge is an iconic concrete arch Bridge in Big Sur. We stopped at a pull off here to look at the bridge and take photos. 📸 • 📍 Pfeiffer Beach is the perfect spot to watch sunset. This beach has purple sand and a keyhole arch rock formation. • 📍 The Henry Miller Memorial Library is a must see in Big Sur. Tucked away in the forest, this non profit library sells a curated collection of books without a markup. • 📍Mcway Falls is a 80 ft waterfall that flows directly into the ocean at high tide! Right now the beach and trail nearby is closed - but there’s a pull off where you can get out to look at the view! • Leaving Big Sur we stumbled upon 📍 The Piedras Blancas Elephant Seal Rookery. Here are there are boardwalks where you can see thousands of elephant seals!
