I gave myself 45 days to lose weight and get back in shape but more importantly to break all the bad habits that accumulated along the way. it's not easy to lose weight and tone up. i'd stay its even harder breaking all the bad habits and replacing them with good ones. Thanks to trainwell i was able to speed up a lot of the process and actually see results!
