INGREDIENTS 400 ml Milk 5-6 Dates 1 Tbsp Natural cocoa powder 1 Tbsp Dutch processed cocoa powder 1 Tbsp ragi flour (nachni ka atta) 50 gm Dark chocolate A pinch of salt METHOD - Soak dates (seeds removed) in 200 ml milk for 15 minutes. - ⁠Blend untill smooth and set aside. - ⁠To a sauce pan, add 200 ml milk, cocoa powder and ragi powder. Turn on the heat and cook for 3-4 minutes. - ⁠Add dates mix and cook for another minute. - ⁠Add dark chocolate and mix until it melts. Turn off the heat and add a pinch of salt and mix well. - ⁠Let the mixture cool down and strain (if required). - ⁠Chill and serve with ice cubes. ENJOY! - Note: This recipe gives 3 servings same as the glass size shown in the video.
