RECIPE:
2 eggs
1 c. warm milk
50ml oil
10g dry yeast
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp butter
1 potato (cooked and mashed)
Approx. 550g flour
1/2 tbsp salt
1 egg yolk for egg-wash
In a bowl, mix all ingredients, except flour and the egg yolk. Then start adding the flour, little by little, until you reach a consistency where it's a little sticky but good enough to work with (you might end up using more or less flour, it varies from brand to brand). After that, reserve it in a bowl, covering with a towel, for 30 mnts. Next step is splitting it into parts (probably 9 pieces weighing 90g each). Then turn 'em into balls and gently mash 'em so you can stuff 'em. After stuffed, nicely close them all, set in a buttered tray and let it sit for another 30 mnts. Egg-wash the tops with the egg yolk. Now it's time to bake: 390 F for around 15 mnts. And, ENJOY!!! 😋
For our filling, we used shredded chicken and cream cheese. 🍗
