Morning Supplement Stack:
- 1 scoop Transparent Labs prebiotic greens (original flavour)
- Transparent Labs Vitamin D3+K2

Workout Electrolytes: 1 scoop Transparent Labs Hydrate (lemon lime)
Post-Workout Snack: Yogurt Bowl
- Plain greek yogurt
- Raspberry jam
- Almond butter
- Cinnamon
- Honey
- Granola
- Scoop of unflavoured Transparent Labs collagen
