Volunteers prepare food and supplies. People open their homes to those without proper shelters. In moments like this, society tightens instead of breaking. Strategically, this war is significant because it is direct. It is not limited to proxies. The involvement of the United States alongside Israel increases the stakes, and the entire region feels tense. Markets react. Diplomats speak urgently. Leaders talk about deterrence and security. But from inside a shelter, geopolitics feels distant. Here, it is simple. You wait for the all clear. You listen to your breathing. You think about how fragile normal life is. And still, there is determination. We did not choose this reality, but we face it. We protect our families. We stand together.
