Leaner Creamer

It's no secret that I enjoy a "fatty coffee" in the morning, typically with heavy cream or MCT oil, so when Leaner Creamer asked me to try out their products, I enthusiastically said "bring it on". My one concern with these products is the inclusion of tapioca starch, which is used to convert the MCT oil into a powdered form. I didn't know if this could have a blood glucose impact, so I put that to the test using a Dexcom G7 continuous glucose monitor.
