Video Description
In this video I’m sharing my full week of workouts, including the routine that helped transform my physique. A year ago I started adding 2-a-day workouts during the week because I felt stagnant doing just one workout class a day. My body had gotten used to the routine, so I wanted to challenge myself more.
Workout classes are still my go-to, but adding extra training sessions (including HYROX-style workouts) has helped push me past that plateau and build more endurance and strength.
