Soup for a cold winter's day! This excellent soup received two thumbs up from my wife so I think you will like it too. Using pork chops is more economical than ground beef these days. Ingredients: 2 Slices Bacon (Diced) 1.36 pounds Pork Chops (Diced) 1 Onion (Diced) 1-2 Carrots (Diced) 1 Bell Pepper (Diced) 2 Potatoes (Diced) 7 ¾ oz. Can Hot Tomato Sauce (regular will work too) 14.5 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes 1 ½ Cans of Water 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder ½ teaspoon Cumin 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar mixed with 1 Tablespoon Paprika 2 Tablespoons Chicken Bullion Powder 15.5 oz. Can Red Kidney Beans (Drained) ½ to 1 Head Cabbage (Chopped) SIMMER UNTIL CABBAGE IS SOFT BUT STILL A LITTLE FIRM *** Thanks for watching and commenting!
