We’ll move through a series of effective mat Pilates exercises that focus on the lower abs while also engaging the obliques to help define the waist. The movements are slow and controlled so you can really connect with your core and feel every rep working.
This is the perfect short but powerful core workout to add to your routine or use as a quick standalone abs session when you want something effective but time-efficient.
No equipment needed — just your mat and a little space to move.
