This might be my favourite quick glute focused workout yet! We are using lighter ankle weights and a booty band to work the glutes from all angles. We start by activating the larger muscle groups standing and then move to the mat for a spicy Pilates burn out. We're going to feel a satisfying soreness tomorrow!
