Here's the chest and arms workout I have been on this phase! Chest presses, Flys, Curls, and Press downs are always the play. Still working towards building strength while in my recomp phase and it's going really good! I give a lot of pointers in this workout, so if you're looking for some form cues and tips, I gotchu!
