Hi friends. I genuinely can’t believe I’m saying this… but I’m training for my first ever full marathon! This week, I’m taking you through what I eat in a week while marathon training, from early morning runs to long-run Saturdays and cozy recovery Sundays.
We’re cooking easy, high-protein meals like char siu noodles, lentil soup, miso salmon with lemony orzo, and lots of comforting dishes to fuel those miles. This vlog is about more than just training. It’s about healing, finding balance, and celebrating what our bodies can do.
I’m not a dietitian, and I’m definitely not a running expert. I’m just a girl in her 30s learning how to love her body, and slowly embracing something I used to hate 🫶🏻
I also want to acknowledge that, because of my job, I’m in a very privileged position where I’m able to exercise a lot more, and I’m really grateful for that~
The goal of this video is simply to share the behind-the-scenes of my health journey, the ups, the downs, and everything in between ✨ and hopefully inspire you to try something new for yourself too.
