Leah’s Miso Salmon recipe (serves 2):
2 pieces of salmon
Marinade:
2 Tbsp miso
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp mirin
1/2 tsp rice vinegar
1/4 tsp sesame oil
Chili crisp, to taste (optional)
1. Mix together all the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Taste for seasoning.
2. Put the salmon pieces in a tupperware and pour over the marinade. Make sure it gets all over the fish.
3. Refrigerate and marinate for at least 30 minutes up to overnight.
4. Cook salmon in the oven at 400 for 12 minutes and broil for 3.
