You don’t need more motivation… You just need a plan.
Because if you wake up and then try to figure out whether you’re going to workout or not… that gives your brain way too much time to talk you out of it.
Here’s what I do:
I decide the night before when I’m moving my body.
I choose exactly what I’m going to listen to.
I set the treadmill to count down so I can see progress with every step.
And most importantly, when the alarm goes off, there’s no negotiation. 5-4-3-2-1. I move.
Make a plan. Make it a priority. That’s how you set yourself up to win before the day even begins.
