Rich & Creamy Coconut Pudding Ingredients • Pudding • Milk 3 cups • Desiccated coconut 1 cup • Semolina 1/3 cup • Sugar 1/4 cup • Vanilla essence 1 tsp • Topping • Thick cream 3/4 cup • Fresh Grated coconut 3/4 cup (or 1/3 cup of desiccated coconut • Pistachio powder 4 tsp • Strawberries 4, split into half or tutti fruiti • Honey few teaspoons Preparation 1. In a pan, add milk, desiccated coconut, sugar, semolina and vanilla. Mix and cook on low flame. 2. Cook until the mixture is thick and holds shape when poured. 3. Transfer this pudding to serving dish. Allow to cool at room temperature. 4. Refrigerate for 1 hour. 5. Now spread thin layer of fresh thick cream on the pudding. 6. Sprinkle fresh coconut and decorate with pistachio powder and strawberries. 7.
