(USA👍) Large Cups

This started as a simple question — what happens when you combine three completely different products in the same resin pour? Rather than using standard liquid dyes, this project uses marble powder, slate powder, and gold mica together in a single dirty pour into a vase mould. The different weights of the powders mean they behave unpredictably once inside the mould, and the final result is genuinely difficult to anticipate before demoulding. Along the way there are some useful practical details — how to measure a mould's volume accurately, why warming your resin before mixing makes a real difference, and a few safety points worth knowing when working with fine powders. The outcome ended up with a distinct retro quality to it — something that couldn't have been planned. That's part of what makes this kind of experiment worth doing.
