It’s called kintsugi, and it’s not only an art that turns damage into the most beautiful part of an object, but also a way for bars to save thousands of dollars with a single repair technique. So today I’ll show you how to use kintsugi to repair a chipped glass, and then a fully broken mixing glass, which we’ll use to remake one of the earliest Cocktail Time recipes, perfectly suited for this gold-filled episode.
