Mark Olly is a writer, public speaker, and archaeologist. His books include Revealing the Green Man; Crystal Skulls and Human Heads; The Disappearing Ninth Legion; Celtic Warrington and Other Mysteries; The Polychronicon on Merlin, Joseph, and Arthur and, most recently, the book we will be discussing today, Europe’s Roswell: 40 Years Since Impact. This book, incidentally, is largely based on the 2008 documentary he produced commemorating the 25th anniversary of the events we will be discussing. Mark discusses a mysterious 1983 crash event in Wales that has become known as “Europe’s Roswell.” Speaking with host Jeffrey Mishlove, he recounts eyewitness testimony, a rapid military cleanup operation, and laboratory analysis of unusual debris allegedly containing rare lanthanum-based materials.
