There is no fixed percentile required. It entirely depends on your overall profile, which is 10th marks, 12th marks, graduation marks. Along with that, there are other factors like your gender, category, work experience level. And out of all of this, the only metrics that you can actually control are work experience and CAT percentile if you are already a graduate or even in your final year. Hence, it is highly recommended to just focus on your CAT preparation and not worry about your overall profile. I have still attached an Excel sheet that will help you understand using some references of past IIM admits as to how much this scored in their academics, how much work experience they had and still they made it to the IIMs, which will give you a good reference.
