How I Stay Super Fit & Lean All Year 💪🌊
People always ask how I stay lean while still eating big meals — and this is exactly how I do it. It’s not complicated, but it is consistent.
I lift weights 4 days a week to build muscle and keep my metabolism firing. Heavy compound movements or days where I go lighter weight with higher reps. Progressive overload, and focused sessions. The other days I stay active with kickboxing, surfing, river surfing, long walks, and beach sprints. I move every single day — but I always take at least 1 full rest day per week to recover and let my body grow stronger.
Living an active lifestyle outdoors keeps things fun and sustainable. Surf sessions challenge balance and endurance, kickboxing keeps me explosive, and beach sprints build athletic conditioning. It’s about performance, not just aesthetics.
And when it comes to food — I fuel properly.
Dinner 6 days a week is this HUGE healthy salad packed with clean protein, tons of greens, colorful veggies, healthy fats, and quality carbs. Big volume, nutrient-dense, high protein, and satisfying. You can eat a lot of food and still stay lean when you train hard and choose whole foods.
Consistency.
Intensity.
Recovery.
Real food.
That’s the formula.
Train hard. Eat clean. Recover well. Repeat.
