This turned out to be the best day I’ve ever had photographing the coast. It was also my first time bringing out my new 600mm lens, and the conditions could not have been better. Massive waves, shifting light, and just enough chaos to keep me fully locked in. At 600mm, everything feels different. The ocean compresses. The power intensifies. Small details inside the waves suddenly become the subject.
