2 C. White Pearl Onions or 1 C. favorite chopped onions
3 Small Med. size Carrots (Slices)
2 1/2 C. Sliced Bella Mushrooms (divided)
3 Med. Garlic Cloves (Finely Minced)
3 Tb. All Purpose Flour
3/4 C. White Wine (I used Chardonnay)
3 C. Chicken Stock
1/2 tsp dried Thyme Leaves
1/2 tsp. dried Terragon
1 Lrg. Bay Leaf
Salt as needed
Pepper as needed
1/4 C. Heavy cream
* Serve with buttered noodles or Mashed Potatoes
* you can use Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc
