2 Tbsp Chicken Boullion Tomato Flavored (Knorr)
1/2 tsp Pepper or as needed
Salt as needed Small Bunch of Cilantro
1/3 C. Water (you dont want it to watery)
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
3 C. Monterrey Jack Cheese as needed (or your favorite melting cheese)
Rice:
1 C Jasmine Rice (Rinsed)
1 Garlic Clove (Ground or Minced)
1/4 C. Water for Molcajete
3 pieces Onion
4-5 pieces Tomato
2 C. Water
2 Tbs Tomato Boullion Chicken flavor (Knorr)
1 1/2 Tbsp Oil
2 sprigs Cilantro
