I've had PCOS, irregular periods, clots, and pms symptoms like back pain since I was 14. On top of that, feeling super tired and sluggish with pms symptoms. I thought that was "normal" and it's just something girls just have to live with–until I realized it wasn't 🫠 Since I started my health journey with TCM, I started doing something called moxa or moxibustion.
