Hey guys, in this video I meet up with @ericbugenhagenOfficial at the POWER SHACK gym in Columbus Ohio during the Arnold weekend to hoist some loads and try to bring some INTENISTY while doing RDL's. We had a whole Tom Platz leg day workout planned but we got KICKED OUT so we made the most of it and then actually did the workout again to its truest from at Elite FTS a few days later (video coming out next). So in this video just enjoy some RDL's from the rack and drop sets till failure. Eric is the man, and we are trying to restore hardcore training for the modern generation. I thought this was just a funny genuine training session so enjoy the banter and two meatbobs getting after it in the late hours with an empty gym. If you want a stronger, fuller, more developed chest, focus on quality execution and consistency with the right movements.
