Homemade whipped cream or cool whip For the homemade version I used 3 cups very cold heavy whipping cream and 2 cups powdered sugar For the crust: 1. cookie of choice (Nila wafers or Oreos)- save some pieces for garnishing 2. 1/4 cup melted butter per pack of either Oreo’s or nila.
