Cheesecake shooters recipe No-bake Cheesecake filling (for 18 5oz cups) 1. 3 blocks cream cheese 2. 2 cups powdered sugar 3. 1 tsp vanilla extract 4. 1/4 or 1/2 can sweeten condensed milk 5. Homemade whipped cream or cool whip For the homemade version I used 3 cups very cold heavy whipping cream and 2 cups powdered sugar For the crust: 1. cookie of choice (Nila wafers or Oreos)- save some pieces for garnishing 2. 1/4 cup melted butter per pack of either Oreo’s or nila.
