Yesterday we said goodbye to Baby after 14 years. Today is just... Tuesday. And somehow that's the hardest part. The house feels different. Tiffany's already started taking things away: the bowls, the blankets off the couch. Little by little, removing the reminders. It's the right move, but it doesn't make it easier. I keep catching myself waiting for the little things; her head popping up over the couch, the morning routine, that little trot over for a sniff and a pet. Those moments are just gone now. Bryce and Sierra are doing okay. They took it really hard, Baby was basically their third sibling, but we're getting through it together. We had a good dinner tonight, shredded chicken tacos, shared some memories, and just talked about her. That helped. Outside of all that, life keeps moving. Back to the gym starting a new five-week plan, dealt with some internet issues after a router firmware update, and got caught up on work orders. A pretty normal Tuesday, which honestly felt like exactly what we needed. Thank you guys so much for the outpouring of support in the comments and on Instagram.
