I put Red Heart’s All-In-One yarn to the test by crocheting the Sweet Hearts square two different ways. First, I followed the yarn’s built-in color changes exactly as designed. Then I crocheted the same square again the traditional way by cutting the yarn and changing colors manually. I timed every step of the process (from figuring out the correct crochet hook size, to crocheting the squares, to weaving in the ends) to see which method was actually faster. The results were honestly surprising. I also compare the finished squares side-by-side to see which method produced the cleaner and more consistent result, and share my honest thoughts about the yarn itself, including the texture, tension challenges, and whether I’d actually use it for a larger project like a cardigan.
