Video Description
In this video, I'll explain in simple language how a neuron communicates with a skeletal muscle cell - specifically, the relationship of the speed of the transmission and the muscle cell response. The connection between the neuron and the muscle cell is called a neuromuscular junction, and the graphical relationship between timing of stimulation and resulting muscle tension is called a myogram. Don't worry - I'll break it all down, and Flops is here to help!
