Leon S. Kennedy is one of the standout action heroes of the Resident Evil franchise. Starting with RE:4, he became known for his brutal head kicks, suplexes, and backflips.
And he’s the perfect candidate for a functional training video!
Leon isn’t huge and muscular. Rather, he has a lean physique with prominent biceps that fill out a T-shirt. This build is perfect for his parkour and martial arts skills, along with the endurance he needs to survive wave after wave of zombies or ganados.
A Leon Kennedy training program wouldn’t just be powerlifting or bodybuilding, then. For Leon’s physique, calisthenics is more than sufficient. This will also develop strength to weight ratio, proprioception, and strength endurance.
