Hey loves — welcome to Week 3 of our February series! We’re continuing with our signature structure: Heavier Strength First, then Bodyweight Pilates. 👇
👉 In the first half, we’re working with the same or slightly heavier weights. This week, I added a fourth set, meaning we’re now doing giant sets — meaning no rest between exercises, but a longer break between rounds. This builds endurance, muscular control, and mental focus.
👉 The second half is pure Pilates: focused, precise, and powerful. Feel free to add ankle weights to dial up the challenge and deepen the burn in your stabilizing muscles.
Stay present and intentional — we’re not chasing fatigue, we’re building intelligent strength.
Progress doesn’t always mean doing more — it means doing better.
