This is your lower and core strength for menopause workout. This workout is great for anyone who wants to strengthen their lower body and abs, and it's specifically targeted to those of us in perimenopause, menopause, or postmenopause. With this workout, we'll use a set of dumbbells, a kettlebell, and an optional bench.
