Okay hear me out because it still even feels weird AND WRONG to say I'm doing 4 VAIN things that I'm doing. To me doing something with the sole purpose being HOW YOU LOOK? That has always been a no for me.
NO LONGER.
There are 4 changes I kind of accidentally made at once.
1. Workout Program: I started a personalize 6 week program through my cousin https://www.instagram.com/alygnnaturally I really didn't see the value before but I have a goal of building a booty and just following my husband around the gym wasn't going to necessarily get me there. Now I'm in the fast lane.
2. Sunless Tan: I got a SPRAY TAN and holy holy holy I was NOT ready for the confidence boost it gave me. So after, I bought https://www.heyshayla.com/tan to do at home and I've been LOVING that. Honestly for $35 it's so worth the way it makes me feel.

We did a food sensitivity test and form that we decided to temporarily take out the sensitivities + go on an anti candida diet for 6 weeks .
