After flying back to Santa Fe, we pick up our RV and dive back into life on the road, enjoying local food, historic architecture, and unforgettable landscapes. This episode takes you beyond classic Route 66 as we explore Santa Fe, New Mexico, sip champagne at sunset at La Fonda on the Plaza, and enjoy authentic New Mexican cuisine at a local favorite. From there, we head north on a scenic road trip to Taos, stopping at the incredible Santuario de Chimayó, one of the most important pilgrimage sites in the United States. We drive the High Road to Taos, visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Taos Pueblo, stand above the breathtaking Rio Grande Gorge Bridge, and explore the off-grid community at Earthship Biotecture.
