Chocolate Peanut Butter Easter Eggs 3 sticks of butter (3/4 of a pound) 20 ounces creamy peanut butter (2 1/2 cups) 2 pound bag powdered sugar 36 ounce bag melting chocolate, for dipping Cream together the butter and peanut butter for a few seconds. You’ll probably still see some lumps of butter, but that’s perfectly fine. Slowly add the bag of powdered sugar. Continue mixing until all three ingredients are completely combined. Form the filling into egg shapes. Ours were about 3 ounces each. Melt the chocolate and dip each egg to cover completely. Allow excess chocolate to drip off the eggs before placing on parchment paper. Allow to set on parchment paper until chocolate is firm. Drizzle with some of the remaining melted chocolate, if desired. Once chocolate has fully set up, the eggs may be packaged individually to share. CONTACT INFORMATION: Come Sit At My Table P.O.
