I couldn’t run less than a year ago… and now I’m training for the NYC Marathon.
In this video, I’m sharing what actually changed for me over the past year — from not being consistent at all, to building a routine I can stick to.
I’ve lost 65 pounds (100 total since 2020), and I didn’t do it with anything extreme. I focused on simple habits, calorie awareness, high protein meals, and just showing up consistently.
