We're covering the full fingerpicked guitar part which is played on a nylon string in the original, though it works just fine on a steel string too. You'll also learn the guitar solo that comes in after the bridge. I'll break everything down step by step so you can follow along at your own pace. Fair warning, this one is not your typical pop song. Bruno Mars has packed this with some seriously exotic chord changes including half diminished chords, diminished sevenths, plenty of seventh chords, and barre chords. There's even a key change thrown in. It sounds complex but I'll walk you through every part so it's manageable. It's a great one if you want to push your chord vocabulary and fingerpicking skills to the next level. Here's a fun fact about Bruno Mars as a songwriter. Despite being one of the biggest names in pop, his music consistently goes way beyond the standard four chord formula. Risk It All is a perfect example of that.
