In this video I’ll show you how to make two Cricut insert cards at the same time using the 2x1 card mat with the Cricut Explore 5. We’ll start in Cricut Design Space by finding two card designs from the Cards template, then I’ll walk you step-by-step through combining both projects onto one canvas so they cut together on a single mat. This is a very beginner-friendly tutorial where I cover everything from checking your sizing and colors to loading the mat and assembling the finished cards. Making two cards at once is a great way to save time, and I’ll show you exactly how to do it. I also share a few important tips like moving the star wheels and making sure to remove the blade before writing and the pen before cutting so you don’t damage your card. This method works with machines in both the Explore and Maker families.
