Today we try to breath a little life into a 2008 BMW 328i that I bought from a tow lot. This car was abandoned, towed off and subsequently the prior owners never came back for. This is a super common story for cars that usually aren't in great shape and or owned by people who don't care. In this particular case, the car was in rough condition and likely parked for a reason, but why? and since it came in with no key, can we program a key and make it run? This is the process we go through on many cars that come in to my auto dismantling business. We thoroughly test as much as we can, often programming keys, repairing harnesses and installing replacement parts when things aren't working. We are a small volume business which means I can focus on quality and stand behind what I sell knowing that it's good without relying on my warranty when it isn't.
