getting back into cooking now that spring is here!! hehe thank u guys so so much for tuning in 💕recipes belowww if you’re interested in furthering your own health / nutritional goals be sure to use my link https://www.nourish.com/?utm_source=influencer&utm_medium=youtube&utm_content=isaasung&utm_term=030426 to try :) INGREDIENTS + RECIPES burrata prosciutto Sandwich Ingredients     •    Sourdough bread     •    Pesto     •    Garlic olive oil,  (or fresh garlic + EVOO)     •    Olive oil (extra-virgin preferred)     •    Prosciutto     •    Burrata     •    Salami     •    Arugula     •    Roasted bell peppers     •    Lemon juice     •    Salt Steps     1    Drizzle garlic olive oil on the bread OR rub with a fresh clove of garlic clove and add EVOO afterwards.     2    Toast the bread in a toaster or oven for 3–5 minutes until golden.     3    Spread pesto on the toasted bread.     4    Layer prosciutto, burrata, salami,  roasted bell peppers.     5    Finish with balsamic glaze, arugula, and a squeeze of lemon juice and a pinch of salt.     6    Close the sandwich and slice in half to enjoy! Steak & Shrimp Quesadillas Ingredients     •    ribeye Steak     •    Shrimp (fresh or frozen)     •    Paprika     •    Garlic powder     •    Onion (fresh or powder)     •    Butter     •    Fresh garlic     •    Tortillas     •    Cheddar cheese     •    Mexican-style blend cheese For the sauce:     •    Cottage cheese     •    Cilantro     •    Lemon juice     •    Extra-virgin olive oil     •    Jalapeño     •    Avocado     •    Garlic     •    Scallions (optional) Optional toppings:     •    Guacamole     •    Pico de gallo     •    Onions     •    Cilantro Steps     1    Season and marinate the steak with paprika, garlic powder, and onion for 30 minutes to 1 hour.     2    If using frozen shrimp, defrost in cold water while the steak marinates.     3    Cook steak on high heat for 2–3 minutes per side (or to preferred doneness), then set aside.     4    Cook shrimp in butter with fresh garlic over medium heat until pink and fully cooked.     5    Blend all sauce ingredients until smooth and creamy.     6    Assemble quesadillas: add steak, shrimp, cheeses, and any desired toppings to tortillas.     7    Fold and cook on a pan until crispy and the cheese is melted if desired     8    Serve with sauce and extra toppings—enjoy! find me elsewhereee ✿ ig: https://www.instagram.com/isaasung/ (i update this the most!) tiktok: https://www.tiktok.com/@isaasung (for fun) my links: https://shopmy.us/isasung (if you want!)
