After arriving from Tortola in the British Virgin Islands, we start exploring one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean. From stunning beaches like Sapphire Beach to oceanfront condos and the lively town of Red Hook, this is our first day discovering what St Thomas USVI is really like. We’re staying in the Nazareth area on Cowpet Bay, one of the most beautiful and relaxed parts of St. Thomas. We start the day by visiting our local beach before heading for Sunday brunch with an incredible ocean view at Caribbean Fish Market. After brunch we head back to the complex we’re staying in for a full tour of our beachfront apartment at Anchorage Condominiums. This two-bedroom, two-bath condo sits right on the beach and is an amazing place to stay if you’re visiting St. Thomas — beautiful views, beach access, and just minutes from restaurants and shops. Later we visit Sapphire Beach, one of the most stunning beaches we’ve seen in the Caribbean. The water here is unbelievably clear and perfect for floating around and relaxing. To finish the day we head to Red Hook, a lively little area just about 5 minutes from where we’re staying, filled with restaurants, grocery stores, and bars. We grab a happy hour beer at Island Time Pub and enjoy the laid-back island atmosphere.
