The Colt AR-15 is very iconic in history. This one was in some sort of fire or explosion that caused a short fire that did not get to hot. The action was not seized which was a huge help. This Colt AR-15 A2 was in a military contract in the early 1990's. In the present day it does not hold that designation. The Colt AR-15 was invented in 1959 until present day.
