Organic Basics Active Flow Tank Top

Hi guys!! Today I'm sharing one of my favorite videos I've ever made 🧡 Last fall, I spent a week and a half in Switzerland on a mix of a solo trip, followed by going on the most wonderful yoga retreat. We went to Bad Ragaz, explored the town, went to the famous thermal spas, e-biked to a local winery for wine tastings, and hiked in the Swiss Alps. It was incredible 🥲 I'd never gone on a yoga retreat or done anything like this, and though it was out of my comfort zone and I had no idea of what to expect, it was the most amazing time 🥹🫶🏼 I made so many new friends and made so many wonderful memories. During this trip, I also celebrated a milestone birthday!! I turned 30, and it was such a special day 🎂💖 Heading into my 30's feels like such a fun and exciting new chapter, and being a new country, doing things I love: traveling, yoga, and trying new things.
