250 grams lauki/bottle gourd
1 tbsp desi ghee/clarified butter
500 ml full fat milk
3 tbsp sabudana/tapioca pearls
2 tbsp fresh malai/cream
5 almonds
5 cashew nuts
5 pistachios
2 tbsp chironji/almondettes
1 tbsp magaz/melon seeds
1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
15-20 saffron threads soaked in 2 tbsp hot milk
5 tbsp ground dhagewali mishri/rock sugar
some sliced nuts for garnishing
